We extend a very warm welcome to Mitch Nolan, new to the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas. Mitch is taking on the position of our new Gift Planning Consultant.

Mitch is a 2017 graduate from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management & Leadership. He joins our team following six years working at Theta Chi Fraternity's International Headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. Although he has spent the past several years away from home, he is a proud Kansas Citian and grew up at St. Joseph Parish in Shawnee. In his free time, Mitch enjoys cooking gourmet meals, spending time at the gym, traveling the 50 states (of which he has been to 48), and rooting for the Jayhawks. He is excited for his new role with the CFNEK and looks forward to establishing and growing endowments throughout the archdiocese.

The time is coming to prepare ourselves, our homes, and our hearts for the celebration of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Prayers for you and your family during this season of Advent from all of us at the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas. Here are a few important dates to remember during this time:

  • December 3: 1st Sunday of Advent

  • December 10: 2nd Sunday of Advent

  • December 17: 3rd Sunday of Advent (Gaudete Sunday)
