July Newsletter

The Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas is honored to welcome three exceptionally accomplished individuals to our board of directors. Ryan Hellmer, Cara Finger, and Joe Ismert bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise that will advance the mission of the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas, while also benefiting our Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.

Ryan P. Hellmer

CFNEK Marketing Committee
Senior Vice President and Trust Officer
CoreFirst Bank & Trust
Parish: Most Pure Heart of Mary, Topeka

CFNEK is important to me as a resource for parishes and individuals throughout the archdiocese to have access to financial and charitable tools and expertise that they might not otherwise have. With the right planning and partnering with CFNEK, parishioners and parishes alike can achieve their charitable goals, from local to global, knowing that they are working with like-minded Catholics to spread the Gospel of Christ.

Cara Finger

CFNEK Marketing Committee
Marketing Manager
Associated Wholesale Grocers
Parish: Queen of the Holy Rosary
Married to Greg Finger
We have one daughter and one on the way!

CFNEK is important to me because it allows me to give back to my Catholic community, while helping to ensure the future of its mission and ministries.

Joseph N. Ismert

CFNEK Marketing Committee
President
Sioux Chief Manufacturing
Parish: St. Michael the Archangel

Serving on the board of CFNEK is allowing me to give back to future generations, as well as strengthen the Catholic community in our archdiocese. Working with a dedicated and committed group of individuals for one common cause is a great opportunity for which I am grateful.

August is National Make-A-Will Month! The Master's Cup

This year, The Master's Cup was held on July 10, 2023, at Leawood's Ironhorse Golf Club.
