The Catholic Fine Arts Council is excited to host the 9th Annual Archbishop's Invitational High School Art Exhibit Awards Reception and Exhibit! This year's theme, "Eucharist, May We Never Lose Our Wonder" invites students to meditate upon the miracle of the Eucharist, and depict their own personal encounter with Christ in the Eucharist through expression of their artistic talents.
Join us at 9:00 AM on March 3rd for the opening day of the art exhibit, breakfast, and the awards reception. The public exhibition will run from March 3 - April 30 at Savior Pastoral Center in the Art Hallway. Don’t miss your opportunity to check out some amazing art pieces created by high school students in our Archdiocese!
We have organized another strong Catholic-centered program with a great speaker lineup for the 13th annual St. Thomas More Continuing Education Program. Our CE Program is a great opportunity to network in person, obtain continuing education credit, and support the Catholic professional community. Mark your calendar for June 2, 2023!
Your Archbishop’s Call to Share appeal gift will change countless lives by bringing Jesus to others through the education and outreach of more than 40 offices, agencies, and ministries throughout Northeast Kansas! This special, annual charitable opportunity is a call to strengthen our friendship with Christ while transforming the lives of people who seek joy and friendship with Jesus. Just as important, it provides a way to serve the people and parishes in Northeast Kansas in need of prayer and healing, physical and spiritual comfort.
National Catholic Schools Week is an annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. Schools typically observe the week with Masses, assemblies, and other activities for students, families, parishioners, and community members to celebrate. Entering its 49th anniversary year, National Catholic Schools week will be celebrated from January 29 to February 4, 2023. Celebrate National Catholic Schools Week by giving to a scholarship fund or school endowment fund in the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.
