Fall 2023 Grant Success Story

Congratulations to Didde Catholic Campus Center, one of our Fall 2023 Grant Program recipients! With the assistance of this grant, they successfully hosted their new "Form the Swarm" Gala, generating $50,000 for their mission!

"My goal was to get between 50-100 people in the room. We had around 90 people including volunteers. It was a great turnout! That night, attendees gave around $11,000; however, the matching gift campaign generated more funds beyond that single night. We ended up bringing in over $50,000 with this campaign. That number includes sponsorships, tickets, donations from people who were unable to attend the gala, email solicitation gifts, dedicated gifts dropped in the Sunday collection, and additional pledges after the event," says Abbey Weber, Development Director at Didde Catholic Campus Center.

"With the Catholic Foundation’s help with our expenses, we were able to net over $40,000. This is a great improvement on our previous receptions. The highest amount we brought in previously was around $20,000," Abbey shares.

Thank you for participating in our 2023 Fall Grant Program! Information regarding the 2024 Fall Grant Program information is to be shared soon.
