What is the Catholic Women's Giving Circle?
The Catholic Women's Giving Circle Donor Advised Fund is an initiative still in it's infancy of the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas for the benefit of the people served by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. Designed as a Catholic Women's Giving Circle, the group will utilize their collective resources to have greater impact on the ministries and organizations they select to serve. The group will collectively determine the projects for potential funding, build a sisterhood of philanthropy, and together have a greater impact on the community.

Who is St. Rose Philippine Duchesne?
St. Rose was a prominent, early member of the Society of the Sacred Heart. She founded the congregation's first communities in the United States, and opened the first free school west of Missouri. At age 71 she started a school for the Indians who called her "the woman who is always praying". She was courageous in the frontier conditions and pursued her dream of serving the Native Americans. She was canonized by Pope John Paul II 1988.
